Will bottled water burst?
General glass bottles are resistant to high temperatures and will not burst during normal use.
However, glass products may burst when filled with boiling water from a low temperature environment.
The reason is that glass is a poor conductor of heat. When boiling water is poured into the glass, the inside quickly expands and expands, the outside temperature is low, and the volume does not change. As a result, the glass bursts and there is a greater chance of bursting in a thick glass.
