It is recommended to try the following method: Pre-processing section

The glass bottle spray pretreatment section includes pre-release, main release, and surface adjustment. If it is in the north, the temperature of the main release part must not be too low, and insulation is required. Otherwise, the processing effect is not ideal;

Preheat section

After the pre-treatment, it will enter the preheating section, which usually takes 8 to 10 minutes. The glass bottle is best to make the sprayed workpiece have a certain amount of residual heat when it reaches the powder spray chamber, in order to increase the adhesion of the powder.

Glass bottle soot purification section

If the process requirements of the sprayed workpiece are relatively high, this segment is indispensable, otherwise if the workpiece is adsorbed with a lot of dust, the surface of the processed workpiece will have a lot of particles, which will reduce the quality;

Drying section

This section should pay attention to the temperature and baking time, the powder is generally 180 to 200 degrees is better, depending on the material of the workpiece. There should be a drying oven not far away from the powder spraying room, generally 6 meters is better;
